Vegan Spinach Alfredo (w/ Low Carb Shirataki Noodles)

Hey hey!
Today I'm sharing a low-carb vegan alfredo dish. Shirataki Noodles have almost zero carbs and is a great way to indulge when trying to watch carbs.
Directions:
Alfredo Sauce--You'll Need:
Firm Tofu
Vegan Butter
Dried Parsley
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Fresh Garlic
14 Spices (Badia)
Soy Milk
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Add more Tofu if a thicker consistency is preferred.
In a pan, cook the Mushrooms and Spinach together, adding a little more vegan butter to the plan.
**Note: The Shiratake noodles will need to be rinsed thoroughly and boiled for 3-5 minutes to eliminate the slight smell they tend to carry.
Add Shiratake Noodles to the Mushrooms & Spinach (It's helpful to cut them down a bit to decrease the stickiness of the pasta).
Add the Alfredo Sauce and Enjoy!
